CC Sabathia Re-Signs with Yankees: How Much Food Can He Buy with His New Deal?

According to multiple sources, including C.C. Sabathia himself, Sabathia will be returning to the New York Yankees next season. He decided not to opt out of his contract as he will get more money and extra years on his deal after the two sides agreed on an extension.
Sabathia has guaranteed himself at least $30 million more over the course of his new deal. This comes in the form of a $25 million in 2016 as well as a $5 million buyout for 2017. He also has a $25 million option for 2017. Sabathia’s deal now comes in at five years and $122 million in guaranteed money.
There is a lot of food that can be bought with that kind of money and Sabathia is certainly a hungry man; he is one of the biggest players in baseball.
